Peach Cobbler

1 cup sugar
1 qt. peaches
biscuit dough
1 cup water
1 stick margarine

Roll biscuit dough out on a floured cloth until thin. Cut into strips and lay in bottom
of baking dish sprayed with Pam. Pour in peaches. Sprinkle sugar over peaches and
add water. Cover with another layer of dough strips. Cut margarine in small slices and
place over crust. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until done at 375 degrees.
May use 1 tsp. vanilla if desired
