| 6lbs. peaches
6 sticks cinnamon
8 cups sugar
1 tbsp. whole cloves
1 qt. vinegar
1 piece ginger
1 qt. water
1/4 tsp. salt
(may use all or part of spices called for, I like
whole cloves)
Boil water, vinegar, sugar, salt and spices (tie spices in a bag)
for 10 minutes. |
